The original video was all in colour so using the 'leave colour' tool we selected the bright pink folder. This tool would allow us to keep that single colour whislt we change the rest of the video to black and white, the toll is designed to desaturate the entire clip and as a result leaving us with only one colour which is the pink folder that we have highlighted. After this, by selecting the 'amount to decolour' button we are able to change the amount of colour that is in the clip. We changed the amount to decolour from 0% to 100% so that our video would change from colour to black and white.

Within a music video, the colour correction tool may prove to be useful if we want to highlight a particular object in its original colour whilst the rest of the scene is black and white.
